In ELYON’s standard manpower supply model, ELYON is the employer of record for all deployed personnel. This means ELYON holds the employment contract, manages payroll, handles statutory deductions, maintains employer liability insurance, manages HSSE obligations as employer, and is responsible for termination and demobilisation in accordance with local employment law. The client directs the work under a Services Agreement with ELYON. This structure protects the client from direct employment liability in host country jurisdictions \u2014 which can be significant in Nigeria, Cameroon and other active regulatory environments. The client may request the removal of any ELYON-deployed personnel at any time and for any reason \u2014 this right is documented in the Services Agreement. ELYON does not contest legitimate performance concerns. On receipt of a removal request, ELYON demobilises the individual within the agreed notice period (typically 24\u201372 hours depending on location and role), initiates a replacement search immediately, and conducts an internal review of why the placement did not meet expectations. If the issue is a performance matter, ELYON manages the disciplinary or termination process as employer of record. If the issue reflects a mismatch between the brief and the person placed, ELYON acknowledges this and deploys the replacement at no additional placement cost to the client.<\/div><\/div>

If a client’s gate check identifies a discrepancy \u2014 an expired certificate, a missing document, or a site-specific requirement we were not briefed on \u2014 ELYON takes full responsibility for resolving it. We demobilise the individual, address the specific gap, and remobilise once resolved. We also review our internal vetting process to understand how the gap occurred and prevent recurrence. ELYON conducts a vetting review of any personnel being taken onto our payroll \u2014 we will not employ individuals on behalf of clients without confirming the basic certification and compliance picture.
