ELYON deploys pre-vetted, certified oil and gas professionals across drilling, subsea, pipeline, HSE, marine and project management disciplines — anywhere in Sub-Saharan Africa. From a single specialist to a full project crew, mobilised within 7–14 days from signed work order.
The right person in the wrong place at the wrong time can halt an operation worth millions of dollars per day. An uncertified crew member at a HSSE checkpoint can ground an entire project. A misrepresented CV can create liability that far outlasts the contract. In African oil and gas operations, workforce quality is not an HR concern — it is an operational and legal risk management imperative.
ELYON’s Man Power Supply service is built on a single principle: every person we deploy has been verified, not just screened. Our five-stage vetting process goes beyond CV checks and reference calls to independently confirm qualifications, validate certification currency, assess medical fitness, and conduct HSSE induction before a single person boards a plane or vessel.
We maintain a pre-qualified talent bench across every discipline required by upstream, midstream and offshore operations — so when your requirement lands on our desk, we are not starting a search. We are selecting from a roster of people we already know, trust and have deployed before.
ELYON also manages the full compliance picture for every deployment: local content ratios, work permits, immigration documentation, medical certifications, and the ongoing certification management that most clients find both time-consuming and genuinely risky to handle themselves.
The full complement of certified drilling professionals for exploration, appraisal and development wells — onshore, shallow water and deepwater. ELYON maintains the deepest pre-qualified drilling roster in West and Central Africa.
Certified HSE professionals from site-level safety officers through to HSE Management Systems specialists and incident investigation leads. ELYON's HSE personnel are the most frequently requested category — because every IOC and EPC client demands credible, independently certified safety oversight.
Production, maintenance and construction engineers across all technical disciplines. Deployed for greenfield construction, brownfield modifications, shutdown and turnaround work, and ongoing production support. Both expatriate and local national professionals available.
Specialist subsea and marine personnel for deepwater installations, subsea inspection and maintenance programmes, dive operations and offshore vessel crew supplementation. All saturation and air divers hold GUE or HSE/IMCA certification. ROV pilots hold IMCA certification.
Experienced project and construction managers with direct African energy sector track records. ELYON only places project managers who have managed comparable-scale projects in comparable operational environments — not generalists transferred from other industries or geographies.
Qualified tradespeople for construction, maintenance and modification projects across upstream and downstream facilities. All welders are coded to the applicable standard for the work; all scaffolders hold CISRS or equivalent certification. Volume deployments managed with crew rotation and skills matrix tracking.
Field logistics personnel for onshore base operations, materials management, inventory control and transport coordination. Particularly in demand for major construction campaigns where logistics execution directly determines schedule performance.
Highly specialised professionals for technical disciplines where the wrong person in the role creates disproportionate risk. ELYON places these roles with particular care — extended vetting, reference verification with previous employers, and often a technical interview facilitated by an industry peer before placement.

Yes. ELYON’s owner network extends beyond West and Central Africa to include vessel owners in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. For specialist vessel types or periods of high regional demand, ELYON can mobilise tonnage from adjacent regions. Transit time and repositioning costs are factored into the commercial offer and are typically offset by the operational benefit of securing the right vessel rather than an available but suboptimal one. International mobilisations require additional lead time — typically 7–21 days depending on origin — and ELYON will advise on realistic timelines during the inquiry stage.
